1. Delivery Address and Dispatch

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Client during checkout. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all address details are accurate and complete.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 72 business hours. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and operational capacity.

Estrella Style Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details submitted by the Client

  • Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather, public holidays, customs checks)

  • Courier or logistics delays beyond our control


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product's origin and the shipping destination:

  • From European warehouses: approximately 2–7 business days

  • From non-European warehouses (e.g., USA, China): approximately 7–14 business days

All delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargebacks, or compensation claims unless explicitly required by applicable consumer law.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method. Clients will be shown the final shipping cost before confirming the order.

4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Client is solely responsible for complying with any applicable:

  • Import taxes

  • Regulatory or clearance charges

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient. Estrella Style Ltd. does not collect or remit these charges and assumes no liability for additional costs imposed by customs authorities.

We strongly recommend Clients verify such costs with their local customs office before completing a purchase.


5. Delivery Receipt and Inspection

Upon delivery, the Client must:

  • Verify the number of packages matches the shipping confirmation

  • Inspect the external packaging for visible damage, tampering, or wetness

If any discrepancy or damage is found:

  • It must be noted on the courier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery

  • The Client must report the issue to info@estrellaofficial.com within 7 calendar days

  • The report must include the order number and photographic evidence

Failure to follow this procedure may result in loss of rights to claim compensation or initiate returns unless otherwise provided under mandatory consumer law.


6. Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • The Client’s refusal to accept the parcel

Estrella Style Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Deduct the original and return shipping fees from any refund

  • Charge additional administrative or restocking fees where applicable

No compensation will be offered for delays or losses resulting from delivery failures not caused directly by Estrella Style Ltd.
