2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and use of the website by individuals purchasing for personal use.
2.3 You agree to be bound by these Terms upon confirming an order. You may print or save them for future reference.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 All products available for purchase are displayed on our website at the time of ordering. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
3.2 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment refunded.
3.3 Product availability depends on our fulfillment partners and stock levels. We are not liable for stock shortages or delivery delays caused by external warehouse operations.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payments are processed via trusted payment providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or amend any orders in case of pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We deliver to EU countries only. Delivery times and shipping fees are indicated at checkout.
5.2 We use third-party logistics providers. Estrella Style Ltd. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during transit.
5.3 Any customs duties or region-specific taxes (including in special EU territories) are your responsibility.
5.4 Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays do not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

6.1 In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery.
6.2 To initiate a return, email info@estrellaofficial.com. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
6.3 Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
6.4 Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6.5 We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the product is received and verified.
6.6 Non-compliant returns may be rejected or refunded partially at our discretion.
6.7 If a Client cancels an order shortly after placing it (e.g., within minutes), a refund may still be subject to deduction of non-refundable bank transaction fees. If the package has already been shipped by the time of cancellation, an additional return handling fee will also be deducted from the refund.

7. Warranty

7.1 All products purchased from estrellaofficial.com are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty under EU Directive 2019/771 and applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.

7.2 The warranty covers only manufacturing or material defects that existed at the time of delivery. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.

7.3 To make a warranty claim, the Client must provide valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation email) and notify Estrella Style Ltd. within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

7.4 As Estrella Style Ltd. is a retail intermediary and not the product manufacturer, warranty servicing may involve coordination with our supplier. Resolution options may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

7.5 If repair or replacement is not feasible within a reasonable time or proportionate to the product’s value, an appropriate price reduction or refund will be offered.

7.6 Estrella Style Ltd. reserves the right to inspect and assess the product before approving a warranty claim. If it is determined that the product has been damaged by the Client or the issue is not covered by the warranty, the claim may be refused.

8. Promotions and Discounts

8.1 Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific terms, may not be combined, and are valid only during the promotional period.
8.2 We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Estrella Style Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9.2 Product trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13.2 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud.
